Seller - Bongi Dlalisa (163 Malta Road Naturena) - Bongi said that she got in touch with you to get her property sold and that she is very happy with your service. Neo provided very good service to them and they always knew what the was the next step in getting g their property sold. They felt they could trust Neo from when they met him. He was a very friendly agent and always professional. They moved to KZN now but if she hears of someone looking to sell or buy in JHB, she will give them Neo's information. Bongi did mention that she is waiting for the breakdown from NGL on how all the monies were allocated. NGL Attorneys were on their A Game with weekly feedback.
Seller - Robert (32 Okalane Mews Sherwood Gardens) Robert said that he had his property listed for a long time with a different agency, but they were not able to get his property sold. Giscard then called him to assist in selling his property. Giscard was a very good agent and kept him up to date with everything that was happening. There was just 1 query to the Attorneys (NGL) regarding his account statement, but this was sorted out. He has bought a property through a different agency as Lifestyle Property Group did not have the kind of property, he was looking for at the time but he will most definitely refer Giscard and Lifestyle Property Group to his friends and family.
Purchaser - Mikateko (32 Oaklane Mews Sherwood Gardens) Mrs Mikateko said that she was browsing P24 and Giscard had the unit listed that she liked. She enquired, Giscard called back in a very short space of time and they went out for the viewing. She was very pleased with Giscard as he always kept in touch with her from viewing the unit up to registration and the times that she called with an enquiry, he was very speedy at getting back to her with accurate and helpful feedback. She will give Giscard an 8/10 and if she comes across anyone that is willing to buy, rent or sell, she will refer Giscard. NGL also provided good service as she got weekly feedback.
Purchaser - Mrs.Chamangwana (53 Marthinus Oosthuizen Avenue Alberton ) Mrs Mwaiwo said that they browsed Private Property and enquired on it. At this point in time no other agency had taken them out to view properties. Mrs Mwaiwo said that Giscard's service was phenomenal and most amazing. They are first time buyers and did not know what to expect but the way Giscard treated them and educated them made the purchase a pleasant experience. NGL Attorneys were brilliant at what they did, they always gave feedback and kept in touch. Purchaser - Richard & Luton Scot (14 Louis Street Brackendowns) Richard Saw the property on P24. Charl was perfect in the service he gave. Charl was very honest and open about the property not being in a great state which they really appreciated. Charl was always in touch with them and they did not have to follow up on anything. NGL Attorneys also did a great job in getting the property registered. Lifestyle Property Group and Charl will definitely be referred to their friends and family that might be looking to sell, rent or buy.
Seller - Mr Andrei Van Jaarsveld (18 Tuscan Gardens Florentia) Andrei stated that they were browsing the web. Monique introduced the clients to Esha to get their property sold ASAP. There were a few deals that fell thru but Esha Managed to sell their unit. They are very Happy with Esha's service, and they would not change a thing. It was a difficult process but with Esha being so helpful, made things a bit easier. NGL Att. also provided brilliant service where they always got feedback and were kept up to date.
